DON W. BUSCH, CPA - Don is the Managing Shareholder of the Firm in charge of all Accounting, Tax and Auditing engagements.
Don has been with the Firm since 1984 and has extensive experience in all facets of public accounting including tax preparation
and consultation, small business accounting, contract auditing, and not-for profit auditing. He is responsible for the Firm’s
system of quality control and training of all accounting staff.

ANDREW L. BRANCH, CPA, MBA - Andrew is the founding member of the Firm and is currently retired as an an owner, but remains active in the Firm as a Principal working with several of our long-standing clients.

DEREK A. OLSON - Derek currently is the Manager of the Auditing Division. He directly manages all audits of non-profit organizations and also oversees various engagements with local governmental entities. Derek has been with the Firm for over 13 years after having spent 5 years with Deloitte & Touche. He is very knowledgeable in the area of accounting for non-profit organizations in a variety of non-profit industries.

CHI-HUNG LEE, CPA - Chi is the Manager of our Small Business Accounting and Tax Division. He works with numerous small businesses in preparing financial statements, tax returns, and QuickBooks consulting. Chi has
over 8 years of experience with the Firm and is very knowledgeable with federal and local taxation issues, accounting principles, as well as accounting system setup and training.

MICHAEL BOND - Michael is a Senior Auditor with the Firm, and has been with the firm since 2004. He primarily works on audits of our non-profit clientele, OMB Circular A-133 audits, various governmental engagements, and construction audits. Accordingly, Michael is very knowledgeable in accounting principles related to non-profit organizations and governmental accounting.

RYAN BEATTY, CPA - Ryan is a Staff Accountant working with a variety of small businesses to prepare financial statements, payroll tax returns, state and local business tax returns, federal tax returns, and QuickBooks consulting. Ryan has been with the Firm since 2006.

PEI-SIAN WU, CPA - Pei-Sian is a Staff Accountant with the Firm. She primarily works on individual, corporate and partnership tax returns and also performs accounting engagements and QuickBooks consulting.
Pei-Sian is very proficient in income tax rules and has been with the firm since 2007.

SEFINAT ARAGA, CPA - Sefi is a Staff Auditor with the Firm, and works primarily on audits of our non-profit clientele. She also performs fieldwork on federally funded OMB Circular A-133 audits, and various large governmental auditing
engagements. Sefi has been with the Firm since 2008.

ANN SWANSON - Ann is a para-professional with the Firm performing a variety of bookkeeping and local tax returns for many of our small business clients. Ann is knowledgeable in QuickBooks and is very helpful to our accounting clients who do not necessarily need the services of one of our degreed accountants or CPAs.
